Annual Meeting

TIME: 7:00 PM

LOCATION: TBD (Aerodrome or Deep South)

The Annual Meeting will be open to Board members, General Members (including all players, parents, and non-parent coaches), and invited guests. This is an in person meeting. All current Board members and Nominees will be in attendance. Team Commissioners are also required to attend in person.

Bylaws:

• Details of Board positions are set forth in the above-referenced Bylaws.
• Clause 4.13 of the Bylaws will determine the order of elections. 

We encourage each nominee to submit a short Statement of Qualification (not to exceed 200 words) providing:

• some basic information about the nominee,
• the nominee's qualifications or experience, and/or
• reasons for wanting to serve on the Board. 

All nominations for elected directorships shall be submitted no later than seven (7) days from the date (9/21/26) of communication.

The slate of nominees shall be provided to the General Members no later than seven (7) days prior to the Annual Meeting in accordance with Section 4.09. 

Where there are multiple nominees for an Elected Directorships, each team’s respective Team Commissioner -- whose role it is to represent each Team at the Annual Meeting -- will cast votes for the Elected Directorships on behalf of his/her Team. (See Section 2 of the Bylaws.) Please note the name of your Team Commissioner, as provided above, should you wish to discuss the voting process or particular nominees with your Team Commissioner prior to the Annual Meeting.
