2023-24 Houston Junior Aeros annual meeting
The Houston Junior Aeros Hockey Association, Inc. will hold its 2023 Annual Meeting to review both highlights of last season and plans for the upcoming season and to elect the 2023-24 Board of Directors as follows:

The Annual Meeting will be open to Board members, General Members (including all players, parents, and non-parent coaches), and invited guests.

SLATE OF NOMINEES FOR ELECTED DIRECTORSHIP
- Details of Board positions are set forth in the above-referenced Bylaws.
- Clause 4.13 of the Bylaws will determine the order of elections.
We encourage each nominee to submit a short Statement of Qualification (not to exceed 200 words) providing:

some basic information about the nominee,
-
the nominee's qualifications or experience, and/or
-
reasons for wanting to serve on the Board.
That statement should be submitted to the President no later than Thursday September 28, 2023. Once received, each nominee's Statement of Qualification will be provided herein.
Where there are multiple nominees for an Elected Directorships, each team’s respective Team Commissioner -- whose role it is to represent each Team at the Annual Meeting -- will cast votes for the Elected Directorships on behalf of his/her Team. (See Section 2 of the Bylaws.) Please note the name of your Team Commissioner, as provided above, should you wish to discuss the voting process or particular nominees with your Team Commissioner prior to the Annual Meeting.
